17 Week Child, Blood From Vaginal Area While Wiping. Any Ideas?

Hi, when i was changing my daughters nappy (she is 17 weeks old) i noticed a tiny, very light bit of blood on the wipe from her vaginal area around the size of a grain of rice, but there was none on her nappy. i tried to have a look and could not see anything wrong. i did notice she was a little red but called my doctor anyway but got told not to panic as shes acting completely normal, does not seem to bother her when i wipe her or anything. i have not noticed any since (this was around 4 hrs ago i saw it) and shes still acting fine. its still on my mind though so thought i would seek more advice. thanks

welcome to HCM!
female child usually show bleeding a few days after birth.
as this child is 4 mths old , rule out-
if mother is taking some drug,
if there is difficulty in clotting ,which runs in family.
pelvic sonography done.
waiting for the reply.
