Hi, this is the most common complaint faced by mothers. In your case first deworm the child with 5ml of Zenteel Syrup at night after food, and repeat 5ml after 2 weeks. Increase fluid intake of child. Continue giving more of fibrous food like fruits and vegetables. He will be fine.

Hi Sathiya, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
I would like to know few things here, to answer you better, Does you kid have Fever, does he cry often? Have you started feeding him Formula and Solid foods along with breast milk? Is he having vomiting? Your Kid's History suggests, he has Infant Constipation. This is common during a transition from Breast milk to formula or solid foods. You should be taking him to a Pediatrician so that he can examine him thoroughly and confirm it. If at all necessary he may order a blood work up, abdominal x ray, urinalysis or stool routine. Kindly do not delay and don't panic. If there is any underlying pathology, see to it he sticks to his treatment plan and take him for regular follow up.
Try some simple dietary changes, Feed him plenty of water and Fruit Juices, that should be less than 250ml per day each. Do not feed rice, instead you can feed Barley cereal which is rich in fiber. You can place a Water based lubricant near your kid's anus for smooth passage of stools. Your Doctor would let you know which one to use.

I Wish him Good Health.
