Hello dear,

Restoralax is a laxative preparation used to provide symptomatic relief from constipation.
It acts by increasing the water content in the stool & facilitates proper bowel movement.

The symptoms like pain in abdomen & nausea can be symptomatically controlled by taking Dicyclomine preparation & anti-emetics.
So, kindly meet your physician & get a prescription for the same.

Other than that, make sure you maintain adequate hydration & take fiber rich diet.
