16 Year Old Having Severe Headaches. Normal MRI Report. What Is Causing It?
Hi, I m 16 years old. I ve been getting severe headaches and migraines for about 5 months now. I ve talked to doctors, and no one seems to know what s wrong with me. I ve had a mri done of my brain and it came back clear. Every night I go to bed with a migraine and I wake up with one every morning. What could be causing this?

What are you studying now?are you taking any tension of any entrance test?Try to be calm,have adequate balanced diet,do some meditation and yoga.
You have to avoid cheese,oily and spicy food.include fresh fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
Organise your routine and be positive.
