Hi, I m a 16 year old female, my height s 5 5 , and I weigh 147 pounds. I don t exercise much, because I always end up getting a LOT of blisters on my feet . I barely eat, and I avoid junk food and don t drink a lot of sodas anymore. I drink a LOT of water everyday, atleast 1 and a half litres. How do I lose a few pounds, in a healthy way, and maintain it that way?
