14 yr old, regularly constipated. Duphalac, Lactifiber don't help. What to do ?

hello... you may be suffering from weak intestinal muscles.. i suggest do some yoga and stomach exercises to improve it and go for walk daily.. eat fruits, nuts, salads oats, jowar, ragi, brown rice.. avoid bread, junk, fast foods completely..drink lot of water and you can also drink green tea 3-4 times/day...rest well.. avoid stress and be positive..
