To calculate the body mass index of any person we have to know the height which will help you to find out the exact height for weight for your age. But seeing the weight for a 14 year old female, the weight is on the higher side.
Daily physical activity of atleast 60 minutes is necessary and avoid taking junk foods will help in reduction of weight. whenever you are hungry try taking whole fruit rather than juices which helps you to have fullness because of the fiber content.Try and aviod chocolates and other sweets as much as possible and take food in regular intervals , five small meals in equal intervals of time and choose fiber rich foods as much as possible.Daily physical activity along with food restriction will help you to reduce weight.Slow and steady reduction of weight will help you to maintain your weight.
