13 yr old, suffering from stomach ache since birth. Low BP, was hospitalized. Anyways related to stomach ache ?

My daughter is 13, and has been suffering from stomach aches since she was born. Recently, I had trouble waking her, and had to call 911. They gave her oxygen , but noticed that her bood pressure was very low. I took her to the hospital, and they did a number of tests on her, all negative. He BP is in the range of 88/50. Could this low blood pressure be realted to her stomach problems?
