13 year old with swelling and pain in the throat. Stomach pain and vomiting after taking enzoflam and opox. Reason?

Dear Sir, My daughter, aged 13 years, developed throat swelling for last three days. She has paid in throat. Yesterday my wife visited a local doctor (I am staying 250 KM away for service purpose) who prescribed said that it maight be gland infection and prescribed 1. Enzoflam and 2. Opox cv-200 and instructed to visit after 5 days and if required further test to be done. But from today my daughter developed stomach pain and vomiting . enzoflam contain-diclofenac sodium , paracetamol and serratiopeptidase while opox-cv is a antibiotic containing
cefpodoxime and , clavulanic acid
diclofenac is a member of a group called NSAIDS(NON-STEROIDAL ANTI INFLAMATORY DRUGS)has multiple side effect ,most common is gastritis(nausea vomiting,pain upper abdomen) more id taken empty stomach so your doctor always prescribed it as to be taken after meal.
other serious side effects are--

chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath;
black, bloody, or tarry stools-indicate peptic ulcer
swelling or rapid weight gain
urinating less than usual or not at all;
neck stiffness, chills, increased sensitivity to light
severe skin reaction
consult to your docter he may prescribe-some antacid syp,proton pump inhibitor etc.
