Normal blood pressure reading is individualized and is not the same for every individual. The normal reference limit of 120/80mmHg is more a guideline and not a clear cut marker for diagnosing hypertensive or hypotensive.
That being said, the lower blood pressure below 70mmHg is low, but has less significance in the absence of clinical symptoms of hypotension
. It becomes significant if your daughter has dizziness
, fainting spells
or light-headedness. Besides recent blood loss, reduced hydration and other external factors can strongly influence blood pressure recordings.
So do not worry about her blood pressures.
levels and serum iron
levels need to be assessed in view of easy fatigability.
Hope this helps.
