Welcome to Healthcare Magic
These are signs of a urinary tract infection. You need to drink plenty of water. You also need to get a urine culture and sensitivity done to find out which organism is causing the infection and what medicine to use to treat it. You can eat fresh fruits and vegetables which will also help in proper bowel activity. Take nuts as well. Your Haemoglobin is slightly on the lower side. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables more to raise your iron levels. Kindly see your Docotr regarding this infection to prevent any complications.

Hi faree
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
You have urinary tract infection and especially during pregnancy you should not neglect this .I advise you to visit your Gynecologist and get an antibiotic course .UTI during pregnancy can have an effect on the baby.
You also have associated Upper respiratory tract infection.
You should take adequate water (5-6 liters/day ) to decrease the urinary infection. Please do salt water gargling 4- 6 times a day and have soft diet .
Please note that visiting your doctor is very much needed at this point of time.
If you need more information feel free to mail me.

Take care
