106/149 Is This BP Normal Of My Husband If Not How Could It Be Controlled ?
my hubby is 38 year old. his blood pressure reading was 106/149, does he need to start meds or this can be controlled by diet?

First of get it investigated thoroughly,as investigation are pathways to proper diagnosis & treatment. Try Salt /fat restricted diet & change of life style & good regular exercise.Medicine only when these measure fails. Disclaimer
