10 Year, Suffering From Fever, Jaundice. Can Ursodeoxycholicand Silimarin Be Given?

My son is 10 year old. He was suffering from fiver since 22/4. In culture he found e.coli. And also jaudis with total serum bilirubin 5.1 & sgpt 3500. Doctor given sporidox250mg three times for two days , and silimarin 140 1*2 and one tab multi vitamin daily. From 25th april. Now today no fiver from 27th. But today sgpt is 476 and but serum bilirubin is 7. Can i give him ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg plus silimarin 140mg ?

I would strongly recommend no self-medication. Yes, ursodeoxycholic acid is a good medicine for "obstructed" jaundice, but please don't use it without proper consultation with a hepatologist/pediatrician.
