What Causes Constipation After A Colostomy?
Question: wife had a colostomy 10 days ago and has pooped every day at about 10:30 or 11:00 and hasn't been at all today and it's 6:30 in the evening should I be worried?!!

Make sure she is eating well. include fiber rich food like vegetables, fruits, XXXXXXX and drink plenty of fluids. Follow up with the urgent care only if she have not pooped in 3 days, develop abdominal pain or fever, colostomy stoma seems to be blocked or changes in color.
