Is there no other option for me. Stem cells? Supplements, strong pain killers. Thing is with the surgery ive read it a long term healing process and since im 35 will hve to do it again chances in 10 years.

With high dose of pain killers, your kidneys might pose a problem in the long term. Since the osteoarthritis is advanced, hip replacement is the best option for a pain free life. Another replacement might be needed in next 10-15 years depending on how carefully you use the joint after that.
