Brief Answer:
Assessment by Pediatric Surgeon at 6 months of age

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

As the Testis has noT descended into scrotum even at 4 months , it's unlikely to descend down to its normal location that is in the scrotal sac.

Being a Pediatric Surgeon, I routinely encounter such cases. Following are my recommendation

1. Assessment by Pediatric Surgeon at 6 months of age .

2. If the Testis is still in undescended and present in groin , it will require Open Orchidopexy at 6 to 7 months of age by Pediatric Surgeon.

3. There is no role for hormonal therapy

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Brief Answer:
The rash is due to Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The rash is due to Urticaria possibly caused by contact dermatitis. I would suggest you the following

1. Syrup Cetrizine 2.5 ml twice a day

2. Local application of Calamine lotion

This should take care of the rash

Brief Answer:
Continue relent syrup

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

You can definitely use Relent. The allergy should subside with it. Atarex won't be needed . Steroid also will not be indicated if symptoms resolve.
Give relent in dosage of 2.0ml twice a day .

I'm happy to know I was useful.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life. .
regards
Deepak
