Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have viewed the image and it looks like small sores but the image is not clear at the gum level so please click a clearer picture and upload.

Also please provide the following details:

-Are the similar sores present on any other parts of gums or inner cheeks, lips, tongue etc?
-Have you ever experienced it before?
-Since how many days it is present?
-Do you see any signs of improvement or increase in number or size of sores since you have noticed it?

Please revert back with answers and a clear picture..

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Looks like cold sores.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
The appearance is looking like cold sore..
For confirmation a viral culture can be done..
Consult an Emergency room or an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
For now to reduce pain you can apply Lidocaine gel over it..
Do warm saline gargles..
Use a very soft toothbrush to brush your teeth..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
The appearance of sores is similar to cold sores..
Yes, less commonly seen but cold sores can appear on gums..
But as it is less commonly therefore I advised you for a viral culture..

Hope this helps..
