Question: bumps that when squeezed white stuff comes out from other pores or when you get in hot water it comes out what is this?

In my opinion on the facts given by you its mostly due to the Abscess from infected hair follicle.
Please provide more information as follows-
What is the site of this bump?
How long it is there?
Any history of recurrence earlier?Check your urine and blood
Consult ER Doctor or family doctor.I would suggest treatment as follows under cover of your ER doctor-
Tab Votaren \.
Cap Amoxycillin \.
This would resolve after this treatment.
Consult a Surgeon if it does not reduce.
