Hi XXXXXXX

Thank you for the Query.

I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:

1.) Do you have neck stiffness?
2.) Do you have shoulder, arm or chest pain?
3.) Do you smoke?
4.) Do you have difficulty walking?
5.) Do you have tingling, numbness in your arms, legs or feet?

Cervical Lordosis happens as a result of Age-related wear and tear of the cervical bones or cartilage. Kindly get yourself examined by a Orthopedician so that he may examine you, scan through all your reports and give his opinion.

He may also order further tests if necessary like:

1.) ElectroMyeloGram (EMG).
2.) Nerve Conduction Studies.
3.) MRI Scan

to substantiate his findings. Once confirmed you will be treated accordingly along with Physical Therapy.

In addition to the medications, follow these lifestyle modifications:

1.) Take hot shower every day.
2.) Wear a cervical collar on and off a day.
3.) Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
4.) Avoid smoking and stress.
5.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
6.) Practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
7.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.

Hope I have answered your Query, I will be available to answer your follow up Queries.

Wish you Good Health.

Take Care.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Tauseef.
