Brief Answer:
No problem of radiation injury

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
CT imaging before fertilisation and implantation doesn't cause any damage.
However, in case of pregnancy ultrasound imaging to be done regularly as usually advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
All or none phenomenon

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
CT scan done at the time of ovulation has all or none phenomenon.
It means that either there will be no pregnancy in this cycle due to effect of the scan on the fertilized embryo or if the pregnancy continues, it will be completely normal.
I suggest you not to worry at all.
