Brief Answer:
It will most likely bleed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I understand your query.
The cost however will vary according to your location. So you will have to contact your local doctor for it. A plastic surgeon or gynecologist will help you. It is not a very extensive surgery so the cost should not be much.
Regarding bleeding on first night:
If the surgery is performed properly most likely there will be bleeding if the hymen gets torn.
You may discuss this with the surgeon. If you do not want it to bleed, you may ask your doctor to keep it a little lax. If you want it to bleed, keep it a bit tighter, however this may cause slight pain during first few sexual episodes as scar tissue is a bit tougher than normal hymen.
Hope this was helpful.

Brief Answer:
It will never acquire the pre rupture state.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
Hymen simply narrows the vaginal opening. It is possible to make it tight by bringing the labial flaps close together to simulate a hymen. It will not be like what it was in the virginal state but there will be slight narrowing of the vaginal opening simulating a hymen.
I understand your concern.
Hope this helped.

Brief Answer:
Bleeding is unpredictable
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX and welcome back,
I did not mean that it will not bleed. It may bleed a lot or may not bleed at all. So it is not possible to say with a guarantee that it will bleed. However the chances that it will bleed are more if it is made narrow. But then you may have trouble in initiating penetration and so must be willing to bear the pain.
It is not possible to predict how much scarring will occur after the procedure. If there is minimal scarring then, it will remain open as much as the doctor left it and you may not have issues with sex and it may bleed. If there is too much scar, it may become tight and so sex may be difficult and it may bleed heavily after penetration.
I must reiterate that bleeding from hymen is not predictable. Even a virgin may not bleed and a non virgin may bleed. So bleeding cannot be taken as a symbol of virginity.
You will need to specify these things to your treating gynecologist and then discuss it in details before undertaking the procedure.
I hope things are clear now.
Feel for any more queries.

The surgery is available at many institutes. I have provided the names of some.
Please enquire about the surgeon, experience and results before going in for the procedure. Ask about the number of procedures performed, years since performing surgery and if possible contact with previous patients.
