Will A Cystoscopy Determine Any Obstruction In The Bladder Neck Or Passage?
Question: 1) On taking a second opinion from another urologist he said the Urodynamics results are faulty therefore cannot ascertain whether there is any obstruction in the bladder neck or passage. Therefore a cystoscopy needs to be done to ascertain the same. Do we go ahead with cystoscopy?
2) Do the reports indicate a weak bladder?
2) It has been one week since I underwent RGU/MCU and Urodynamics, since then I am feeling considerable relief. Urinating at night has been reduced from 5-6 times to 2-3 times. The pain with urge to urinate has reduced considerable. Is this a temporary relief after the tests?

Thanks for posting report of RGU and MCU .which clearly rules out Stricture of the urethra .
Your urinary symptoms like urgency,hesitancy(taking long time to start urination ) can be due to side effect of anti Psychotic drugs like Libotryp and Sartalin(Daxid) .
Discuss the issue with your treating Physician and explore the feasibility to withheld these drugs for few weeks and observe for any improvement in your symptoms.
You can go ahead with endoscopic examination of urethral passage and bladder(Cystoscopy) .It will help to rule out any organic cause for your symptoms.
