Brief Answer:
If haven't yet, get tested for iron deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Requip is a drug that mimics the effects of the neurotransmitter dopamine in brain, so there exists the possibility of brain functions alterations, but most common Requip side effects are related to lungs and heart function.

If you haven't been checked about iron deficiency, you should be tested for it.

If iron deficiency, correcting it improves symptoms.

Other possible drug treatment besides dopamine agonist drugs, include one of these :Gabapentin, Pregabalin, benzodiazepines.

Since these are prescription drugs, their use should be discussed with your treating Doctor.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions, feel free to ask, if not, you can close the conversation and rate the answer.

Take care.
