Question: we were trying for conceiving but whenever we have sex.. sperms comes out of vagina.. is there any problem

Brief Answer: NORMAL PHENOMENON, DONT WORRY. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. May I know since how long have you been actively trying to conceive. By ' actively ' I mean having regular sexual intercourse around the ovulatory period for your wife / partner. It is quite normal for semen to come out of the vagina after some minutes of ejaculation during sex. This is because semen liquifies so the female partner has the sensation of the liquid semen oozing out of the vagina. This is quite normal and nothing to worry about, as only one sperm is required for fertilization and millions are released during ejaculation, and many make their way upwards into the cervix and uterus. So even though you feel that it has all come out, it has not in reality. Your partner can try bending her knees and holding them close to the chest after intercourse for 5 - 10 minutes.
