Brief Answer: It may be due to spondylosis in cervical spine. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing to XXXXXXX Generalized headache is due to many reasons. It may be due to tension headache, sinus headache, hypertension headache, neck or eye problems etc. You need proper clinical examination and investigations.CT Scan or MRI of brain can be done if needed. Your problem may be due to neck reasons. Spondylotic changes in neck also cause headache.X-ray of cervical spine in AP/Lateral view should be taken. If needed,MRI of cervical spine can be done.If spondylotic changes is neck is the cause of headache then physiotherapy should be done.Medicines can also be given.
