Why am I experiencing pain in thighs and back after eating sour thing?

I experience pain in my thighs and back after eating sour thing like lemon etc. Pain persist for 2-3 days and then get lower in thighs but back remains in pain.

Is there any connection in eating sour things and back and muscle pain??

There is no relation between pain and sour things.

Back pain going into the thigh may be simple muscle ache or pinching of the nerve in the spine. I would like to have some more information to comment further.
1. Do you get similar pain in the night as well?
2. Any other medical problem?
3. How frequently you get such episodes?
