Brief Answer:
I need few more detail of the illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Verylast knee is made of special metal alloy and highly cross link poly. it is suitable for long term use and patient with metal allergy. I do not think it is useful in your case. You have a loose implant. First we have to find out cause of failure. It can be infection or wrong first surgery or metal allergy. So I would like to know few questions before advising any further.
1. Did you has any pus from your surgery site presently or on past?
2. Was your knee us bad after surgery or it become so latter ?
3.Are you able to walk with this knee or not?
4. Can you send me any current x rays?
please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you. thanks
