When Can We Expect Period After Having Meprate?

Question: me and my boy frnd had sex without taking precausion. i am scared about pregnency as i missed my period XXXXXXX month. 43days over still period not happend. I consult a doctor she prescribed me Meprate 10mg tabler for three days for two times a day. i had completed my medicine and its over for two days but still not get my periods

Thank so much mam for you kind reply.. let me wait for 7 days as u advice and meanwhile i am have some breast pain also i have a temptation to urinate more than that normally happening a day

What should i do for this?
also mam do i need to take any pregnancy test?
