Question: Sir,
My wife is at her 45 days pregnancy. When consulted a gynaecologist, she said "weak positive" and recommended Ebexid, Aspirin Gastro-resistant tablets, Tanobian DHA and Miprogen tablets. I'm not sure about the reasons why the doctor suggested these pills. Should my wife take these tablets? I need your reply.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Avoid Ebexid, instead go for plain thyroxine or levothyroxine

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

Yes definitely she needs to start these medications except Ebexid.

All the other drugs help in supporting pregnancy.

If she is having thyroid problem,Instead of Ebexid which has teratogenic effect you can go for Tab.Levothyroxine.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.
