Whatc Auses Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath?
Question: I am a seafarer, had three heart by pass in March'14. After almost six month I feel good except three things- first the minor pain in chest bone. Secondly the Short breathing when walk over 5 km an hour or climb more than 2 floors and last very low erection.
When I can join ship after clearing pre joining medical.

As far as minor chest pain is considered you know that is mainly because of the surgical injury given there.
This would go away with time.
Now regarding breathlessness on walking is also a part of cardiac problem. It never happens that a person becomes asymptomatic after by pass.
You can discuss with your doctor about taking anti anginals. I suppose you must have been prescribed that.
As far as joining back is considered, you can re join and start your work. What needs consideration here is joining normal work and not to do exertional work or duties.
You can take "Fit to Join" certificate from your cardiologist and apply there.
I don't find any reason in your question that can stop you from getting medical clearance.
