Question: what would cause pain the radiates from middle of spine, up under right are pit and through right breast

There are muscles which cover our back and extend from shoulder to back. They are attached in the midline along the back.
Most likely reason is back muscle spasm. Unlikely reason is if the thoracic nerve getting pressed which would cause pain from back to front chest in a horizontal fashion.
Please let me know more pain. Sudden onset? Is it chronic? Any tingling along back? Any particular activity which worsens the pain? Do you have tender points along the back?
Have you tried pain medicine with physiotherapy?
