Brief Answer: Get stools tested for routine and reducing substan Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing to health care magic. Do test your kids stool for routine and reducing substances. Try increasing fibre intake with fruits and vegetables. If reducing substances are positive in stool, she may have lactose intolerance which needs avoiding lactose based milk for 4 to 8 weeks. Have already done that. She is so not with it cries with tummy pain then just goes sleepy again. She has frothy liquid and formed stool white. She loosing weight can't eat.. If she eats a bit of rubbish ie.biscuit or toast i let her cause that's all can get her to eat.

Brief Answer: Needs further tests Detailed Answer: Hi You need to do further tests . Ultrasound abdomen to look for any bile outflow or intestinal problems because of white frothy stools. Also get amylase and looser to rule out pancreatitis. Loosing weight is not a good sign and do rule out celiac disease by ttga tests after consulting a pediatric gastroenterologist. In the meanwhile give her hygienic food and clean drinking water. Regards
