Thank you for your query.

Your total cholesterol level is high.

You have to follow the following instructions.
You should avoid the followings –
1. XXXXXXX pastries, XXXXXXX fried snacks and sweets, cream, butter, ghee, liver, sausages, burgers, red meats, full cream milk and yogurt, kheer, condensed milk, other fast foods, coconut oil, palm oil,
2.     Restrict use of coconut milk, desiccated or fresh coconut.

You should take
1.      Any amount of XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
2.     Whole eggs – 3 times a week and one at a time.
3.     Choose chicken (skinned), and all kinds of fish prepared in any way but not XXXXXXX fried..
4.     Fat free milk and yogurt.
5.     Fruits – at least 3 in a day. Eat any citrus fruit when you feel the need for a sweet.
6.     Use mustard, olive, sunflower, soyabean, oil in cooking.
7.     Not more than 2 cups of tea or coffee per day.

You should follow the instructions to cut down fat and cholesterol in cooking.
1.     First of all change the daily menu and go for foods that need lesser oil, lesser coconut products and no frying.
2.     Instead of cream or coconut milk, use skimmed milk.
3.     De-skin poultry and remove all visible fat before cooking. If you need to cook red meat, then cook in sufficient water, chill and skim the fat layer that forms on top. Then continue with the preparation.

Most importantly, exercise – Minimum half hour of walking 3 times per week.

Hope this information suffices. Let me know, if you have any more question.
