Hello, first four months are the most important months of pregnancy and need a lot of supervision because of highest chances of abortion.
She should -
- take plenty of water
- eat lots of fruits and salads except papaya
- avoid heavy work or exertion of any kind.
- avoid climbing stairs
- avoid travel especially by bus or autos
- take good rest of at least 7-8 hours at night and 1-2 hours in daytime.
- regular antenatal visit and also timely investigations as advised by your gynecologist.

can she travel by train or watch movies in theater

Yes she can go to movies with no hassle using lifts instead of stairs.
Train travel is safe but still avoid it if possible because of dirty toilets and hustle on stations.
But small distance travel with proper reservations is alright.
