Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

To answer your queries:
1.Please advice for the Post Surgical of Appendicitis.
> Since you were operated on 18 Feb, there is no special treatment needed if there are no symptoms. Carry on the routine life with light work for 2 more week and then can resume normal life to the fullest.

2. What Medication needs to be taken for Stone and Fatty Lever.
> Since the stones are 4-5 mm and few in right kidney, drinking plenty of oral fluids at one go when you are at home can flush these out. Regular ultrasonography to review the size so that appropriate steps can be taken whenever needed.
Small stone can pass out easily with hydrotherapy through the ureter, and urethra.
There is no specific treatment for fatty liver. Reduction of fat in food, avoiding alcohol if you are taking is the key.

3.Also has Grade-II Piles what treatment do you Suggest as of now No bleeding is there since last two months.
> Proper Proctoscopy can alone tell the exact grade. If already done grade II piles need the treatment by avoiding constipation, avoid straining at stool. Local injection therapy can help but is done only if needed. Your Surgeon can tell the best by actual examination, symptoms.

Take care.
I hope this answer helps you.
