Question: About how much sperm is in ejaculatory fluid? 20 million is considered low sperm count so id imagine it wouldn't even be half that?

You need to get the semen tested after ensuring, you don't masturbate or have sex for two days prior to testing.

Yes so how much would be in pre fluid. I know there's no way to know exactly as every man is different but I couldn't image more than 10 million without ejaculation?

Yes, I'm sorry what im trying to ask is how many sperm cells are in pre cum/ preejaculatory fluid. If there is any.

As I know it there is no way to know exactly. Is there enough sperm in pre cum to cause pregnancy. What are the odds?
