what is the normal hair for a man daily. if have over hair fall, why it happen and how avoid it?

Thanks for the query posted.
Normal hair fall is upto 100 hair per day.

If it is excessive it could be due to telogen effluvium or androgenetic alopecia.
Other causes like alopecia areata will need to be ruled out.

Topical use of minoxidil which you would get by prescription.
From your dermatologist. It needs to be applied for many months and you should not stop it.

Foods for healthy hair are

Eggs
Chicken
Jaggery
Nuts
Pulses XXXXXXX vegetables
Dry fruits.

Hair fall can be due to hormonal causes and that's when it is called androgenetic alopecia.
It can occur due to stress , lack of nutrition. That's when it is called telogen effluvium .

In male's the hormones like de hydrotestesterone a(DHT ) , has an influence over the hair follicles.
This hormone causes thinning of the hair bad resulting in hair fall. This phenomenon is seen I all males with some male hair being more sensitive to DHT .

Hormones influence over scalp hair can be controlled with intake of finsateride 1mg which will have to be taken as a prescription from your physician.
