As per your clinical details, you are on right medications. see to that, it should be taken in correct strength and dosage.


1. Tab. cheston cold- (Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylpropanolamine) twice daily. This combination, best works for throat pain,fever and blocked nose

2. Cap.amoxicillin 500 mg thrice daily (loose stools are common, lactic acid bacillus tablets helps).

3. Altime cough syrup - as a cough suppressant 2 tea spoons twice daily.


Steam inhalation, salt water gargling will be advantageous in severe cases.
