Question: is synthetic necessary for body?is theres difference between nerve damage and inbalance?is emptiness a sign that emotional part shut down?i exerience myself but its hard to regulating?

I think, that would be sympathetic rather than synthetic. Sympathetic system is important part of brain and helps to control body response on emotional state.
