Question: i am 78 years of age. i have 5 bulging disk --what do i do now?

Brief Answer: Bulging disc are due to ageing Detailed Answer: Hi.Thanks for writing on XXXXXXX Most common cause for bulging disc is ageing. Most of them do not cause any problem(asymptomatic). Few of them rupture or they might press on the adjacent spinal nerves which might result in pain; for example a lumbar bulging disc could result in aching and develop into shooting burning pain that travel into buttocks, thighs and feet which might then require a surgery(discectomy).
