What Is The Cause And Treatment For Paraphymosis?
Question: Thank you doctor. before going and consulting a doctor face to face , I thought this is a good medium to start with. I ve a couple of issues concerning to my penis. one, the outer skin is very tight. so it doesn't slide while having sex. so I get scared whenever my partner tries to slide it down because a few years ago, I had a bad experience when the skin came out beneath the penis head and it was getting choked. hence I am always scared when the skin slides down and chokes my penis. secondly, I feel the girth of my penis is small. say 2-3 inches when erect. how do I increase the girth of my penis ? please help!

Regarding the tight skin, I like to tell you that condition is known as phymosis in medical parlance. What you experienced tn the past after rolling your skin is known as paraphymosis.
In most of the men it is self treating condition once you roll it back gently again and again every day. You can do that while taking bath after application of some lubricant or oil. It is recommended to roll it gently at-least 20-30 times per day. This is the known as conservative method of treatment or you can call it home treatment.
In case the skin is very tight and it is almost impossible to roll back that the condition to be treated by surgical intervention. It is very short surgery which can be performed by your neighbor surgeon and you can get at home after few hours. This is also the final treatment and you never get any problem related to tight skin after this intervention.
Regarding your concern about girth of penis, I feel it is based on myths or improper knowledge of penis anatomy. thank you so much doctor! also, can you tell me which lubricant should I use? and is masturbating everyday a healthy affair? coz I feel my penis shrinks and becomes quite soft after masturbation! I sometimes also feel like quitting masturbation.

Regarding lubricant there is no special brand that can be recommended. You can use Navratna oil or coconut oil as per your choice. If you are not comfortable with oils you can buy Durex lube for this purpose which are available in market or online.

one more question doctor, I had acquired warts a few months ago. it had gone after applying podowart but it has reappeared again, please tell me if there is any way by which I can eliminate this problem completely! am scared that I ll pass this on to my partner too.
