chronic backache-vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you are having chronic backache. Its cause can be muscle and bone weakness and vitamin deficiencies specially vitamin D3.This is also related to your work to some extend. You are also having restless leg which is again due to vitamin and trace element deficiencies.

I will suggest you to got following test to see cause .
1.Serum Vitamin D3
2.Serum Vitamin B12
3.Blood sugar fasting and PP
4.T3,T4,TSH

Furthermore I empirically treat such persons coming to my clinic by:-
1.Back exercises and physiotherapy
2.EVION LC
3.VITAMINE D3(if it is low)
4.VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND VITAMIN C
5.CALCIUM
6.Mecobalmine
6.ANALGESICS SUCH AS DICLOFENAC to relive pain.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

You are further advised to avoid long continuous standing. Sit in a straight posture.Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Analgesic diclofenac can cause acidity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

After going through your query and follow up query ,you have two additional problem.

1.Pain in anal bone called coccyxdynia, above treatment help in reducing it also. In addition you can take hot sits bath, in this it is advisable to sit naked in a tab full of warm (not hot) water for 10 minutes in morning and 10minutes in evening.

It is also advisable to sit on comfortable seats only (not use hard seats to sit).

2.Erection problem is mostly psychological, but due to vitamin and trace element supplementation ,some relief in problem is expected.

3.Problem of acidity :-Analgesic such as Diclofenac can cause acidity. To solve this Analgesic causing less acidity such as aceclofenac can be taken in place of diclofenac. You are also advisable to take omeprazole 20mg before meals to prevent acidity. All other drugs are taken after food.

4.I think you have lot of anxiety , so you are advisable to reduce stress because stress increases pain , cause acidity to some extend and can cause erection problems also.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

is it normal to have anal bone pain with above described conditions as pain is not felt all the times but only when I am bending or having desire to go for stool. Do u think I need to go through some test before really concluding that it is bone related problem. In fact I would like to rule out any other possibilities.

Pl also help me with sleep related problem as mentioned earlier. I have noted treatment for rest less legs. No immediate solution for ED?

Brief Answer:
chronic backache-vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

After going through your query and follow up query I want to say that in coccyxdynia bone pain is felt in tailbone more during sitting specially on hard surfaces. To rule out non bone related cause you have to visit general surgeon and get examined specially per rectal examination.
Your sleep related problem can be due to restless leg ,treatment of which has already been discussed or anxiety , for which you can take anxiolytic such as alprazolam. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
For ED you have to consult sexologist as problem is mostly psychological.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
