Brief Answer:
reduced concentration increase fibrosis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
Atrophy is a pathological term means wasting away when synthesis is less than degeneration. Partial atrophy of pancrease is a result of decreased pancreatic function and increased fibrosis as a result of continuous and repetitive insults like chronic pancreatitis and is not a big deal at your age partial us good. Rest of the pancrease cam compensate for the enzymes.due to this atrophy despite an infection serum amylase and lipase enzymes show normal range. That ks why chronic pancreatitis does not show raised serology. And pancreatic concentration of these enzymes is reduced.
Age related reduction of enzymes and atrophy is also normal and nothing to worry about.
If you have some symptoms of pain or any discomfort seek a gastroenterologist for further management.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
