Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

There is no major interaction between Warfarin and Pamsvax (Tamsulosin ).This means that taking these drugs together won't cause any problem.
Tamsulosin is in a class of medications called alpha blockers. It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder so that urine can flow easily.
In your stage ,Tamsulosin can help to improve the symptoms.
This condition is a benign enlargement of the prostate. It takes many years for it to cause symptoms and the progress of the condition is very slow. With the right treatment ,you may not have any major problem with urination for many years.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question or need any clarification.I would be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
