YO measure BUN and serum creatinine, we collect a blood sample. The values from these tests tell us the functioning of your kidneys. We can also use it to calculate the rate at wish the kidneys are working: The filtration rate.
This test cannot tell whether you have a drainage problem or not. If you however have a drainage problem, possible solutions depend on the exact nature. I can only comment further in this regard if i know the exact drainage problem. Would you be able to provide more information about that?
