Brief Answer: bleeding from stomach Detailed Answer: Hello. Thank you for the query. Black stool (like a tar or ing) indicates bleeding from stomachor esophagus. Ileostomy usually gives liquid stool. The person may also have pale skin, low blood pressure and accelerated heart rate. Such symptom should never be ignored. Please take this person to ER as soon as possible. Gastrowcopy should be done. Hope this willhelp. Feel free fo ask further questions. Regards
