In the acute stage, your child needs to be laid flat on the bed, the body needs to be turned to one side and everything should be removed from the mouth. When possible, gently remove any objects from the child's mouth.
Also, drugs like clonazepam and diazepam are active. Since these are prescription drugs it would be best if you could see your physician and get a prescription.
In addition, its essential to bring down the fever with cold sponging and paracetamol syrup. If the seizure lasts >10 minutes, please take your child to the nearest hospital.
