Recently I am experiencing throbbing pain on my right side of head at night time. Not sure what is wrong. Are you able to give any about it.

The most common cause for throbbing pain on one side of head is migraine.
As of now, you may use rizatriptan or sumatriptan tablets for pain relief.
If the headaches are frequent, you may start preventive medications to prevent recurrent headaches. Medicines useful for this purpose include beta blockers, topiramate, divalproaex, etc.
As of now, there is no need to worry.
If headaches do not get better, you may consult a neurologist later.
