Brief Answer: Antiallergic with decongestant with analgesics Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. You seem to have an infection of upper respiratory tract and some involvement of lower respiratory tract. Please take anti histaminic with oral decongestant, paracetamol and nasal decongestant drops. Your photograph is not showing much of the oral mucosa but some congestion seems like to be present there. Use dilute hexidine gargles frequently. All the above mentioned drugs should be available over the counter. In case the symptoms do not improve, please see an ENT and you may need to start an antibiotic. Feel free to ask another query. Regards
