What Is A Normal Blood Pressure Reading?

Question: blood pressure in left arm is 105/60 with pulse of 87 right arm blood pressure is 112/68 with a pulse of 97, is this normal, also feel itchy, took a benedryl

Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for the query.

Your blood pressure is just fine.There can be a difference of at least 10-15 mmHg between either arm. Your pulse is a bit high but nothing to cause alarm.

Repeat your blood pressure and pulse after 8 hrs and just before you go to bed.

Itching has nothing to do with the blood pressure. It could be plain emotional reaction leaving itchy feeling skin.

Take Allegra/cetrizine tab if it continues.
